Kenny Robison
Associate Pastor of Music Ministries-Senior Adults
Kenny Robison is a native of Texas, making Highland Baptist his family’s church home in 1991. He graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Music Education, and has worked in the music ministry of the local church since 1976. His wife, June, teaches music at St. Stephens Elementary School in Hickory. Kenny and June have two sons: Steve, a music education major at The University of North Carolina in Greensboro, and Andy, a Certified Athletic Training student at Lenoir Rhyne University in Hickory.

Bryan Barrineau
Associate Pastor of Students & College
Bryan Barrineau made Highland his church home in April 2009. A native of Sumter, SC, he graduated from Clemson University with a B.A. in Secondary Education (History and Geography). He has served as a youth minister in SC and NC for the last 9 years. He graduated from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a M.A. in Christian Education with and emphasis in Youth and College. Bryan has a lovely wife, Jennifer, who is a registered nurse at Hickory Orthopedic

Charlie Sisti
Associate Pastor of Children & Christian Education
Charles Sisti, is a native of Jackson County, graduating from Gardner-Webb University in 1980 with a B.S. degree in Religion, with a concentration in Religious Education. He served at Treasure Island Baptist Church as Minister of Education before being called to Jarrett Memorial Baptist Church as Pastor in 1988. Charlie, desiring to further his education, went to Luther Rice Seminary from 1993 to 1995 while serving as Pastor at Bold Springs Baptist Church. He received his MRE Degree and then began to work in the area of private Christian Education. From 1996 until 2004 he served as Minister of Education and as a teacher in two Private Christian schools; also, while serving in Charleston, SC, he served as Assistant School Administrator at Harvest Christian School. He presently serves Highland Baptist Church as Pastor of Educational and Children Ministries. Bro. Charlie is married to his beautiful wife & ministry partner, June and they have one son, Matthew, now an EMT and in training in the field of Advance Medicine.
