Below is a link to our standard release form for any trip or activity that we have for our youth. We do need this form for each trip that we take with the youth. Please download the form, fill in the pertinent information, have both the parent and the youth sign it, and turn it into Bryan. It is as easy as that.
Here is the information packet for Camp Caswell this summer. Included in the packet is your participant form that needs to be filled out, notarized, and given to Bryan before we leave. The Information packet contains all of the information for the students and adult leaders. Below that is the participant forms, packing lists, and Monday’s devotion that needs to be completed before we leave for camp.
